Yayın servisi Mixer, abonelik fiyatını rakibi Twitch’inkine benzer bir şekilde 5.99 dolardan 4.99 dolara çekti.
Twitch hala tüm yayın servisleri arasında en çok saat izlenme istatistiğinde birinciliği elinde bulundursa da Mixer’in bu hamlesinin fark yaratması bekleniyor. Abone ücretinin aynı olmasından ötürü birçok yayıncının Mixer’e geçiş yapabileceği konuşuluyor.
Bu değişikliğin Microsoft’un Twitch ile kafa tutma adına yaptığı agresif hamlelerden bir diğeri olduğunu da belirtmek gerekiyor. İlk olarak Twitch’in yıldızı Fortnite yayıncısı Ninja’nı bünyesine katan Mixer, ardından FPS oyunlarının efsanesi shroud’u transfer etmişti.
