Dünyanın en prestijli CS:GO turnuvalarından olan EPICENTER’in organizatörleri, 2018 turnuvasını 300,000 DOLAR ödül havuzuyla birlikte Ekim ayında gerçekleşeceğini duyurdu.
EPICENTER son 2 yılda yaptığı 2 turnuvanın ardından geri dönüyor. Rusya’da Moskova’da, grup aşaması 22-25 Ekim arasında oynanacak olan dev turnuvanın finalleri ise 27-28 Ekim’de oynanacak ve şampiyon belli olacak.
Turnuvada yer alacak olan 8 takımın 5’i doğrudan davet edildi. Geri kalan 3 takım ise Avrupa, CIS (Bağımsız Devletler Topluluğu: Rusya, Kazakistan, Belarus, Ukrayna vs.) ve Çin’den HLTV bölgesele elemeler sıralamalarına göre seçilerek davet edilecek.
Turnuvanın ödül havuzu ise 300,000 DOLAR olarak duyuruldu. Geçen yıl 24-29 Ekim tarihleri arasında düzenlenen EPICENTER 2017 turnuvasını ise Brezilya temsilcisi SK Gaming kazanmış ve 250,000 DOLAR ödülün sahibi olmuştu.
